The law firm of Stark & Stark has announced that four Associates were elected Shareholders effective July 1, 2018. These new Shareholders are Ian Abovitz, David Schmid, Domenic Sanginiti, and Gene Markin.

“Stark & Stark is very proud of our 2018 Shareholder Class,” said Michael Donahue, Managing Shareholder at Stark & Stark. “This decision was made in reflection of each of their many impressive professional accomplishments in their individual fields.”

Ian S. Abovitz is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group in the Yardley, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Abovitz concentrates his practice on complex injury, medical negligence and construction accident claims. He also handles other types of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents.

David M. Schmid is a member of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Group. Mr. Schmid is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He focuses his practice on cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries, with an emphasis on severe burn injuries, construction injuries, automobile negligence, and premises liability. Mr. Schmid takes on cases with the goal of bringing meaningful change to the people involved and changing behavior at a societal level.
