Staff Accountant – Lawrenceville, NJ
Stark & Stark has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- maintaining all general ledger activity
- preparing monthly financial and productivity reports
- assisting in preparation of annual expense budget
- maintaining budget information in software
- performing monthly bank account reconciliations
- performing monthly variance analysis
- preparing all monthly bank account reconciliations
- reviewing, initiating and processing wires and ACH payments
- preparing and processing journal entries
- payroll backup
- maintaining chart of accounts
- insuring 401k payment processing
- assisting in year-end planning
- ad hoc financial analysis
