Congratulations to Stark & Stark Shareholder Michael Ksiazek, who was elected to the Board of Supervisors for Middletown Township in Bucks County, PA. Michael is an attorney at the firm’s Yardley, PA office and a member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group.
At Stark & Stark, Michael concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, including those caused by medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction site accidents.

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Middletown Township, and is comprised of five members who are elected at large and serve six-year staggered terms. The Board is empowered with legislative functions which include enacting ordinances and resolutions, adopting a budget, levying taxes, providing for appropriations, awarding bids and contracts, and making appointments to various advisory boards and commissions.
