Michael Ksiazek is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Department. Mr. Ksiazek concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on medical negligence and medical product liability cases. A seasoned litigator with an aggressive yet compassionate style, Mr. Ksiazek has represented clients in complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Ksiazek graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Law Review. He interned with the District Attorney’s Office in Boston. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Ksiazek practiced with law firms in Philadelphia and Boston, where he gained valuable experience defending medical negligence and insurance casualty claims. This gives Mr. Ksiazek unique knowledge and insight that greatly benefits his clients.
Mr. Ksiazek is an elected Township Supervisor in Middletown, Bucks County. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Sunshine Foundation, a national charity that answers dreams for chronically ill, disabled and abused children. Mr. Ksiazek has been voted a Super Lawyer Rising Star each of the last five years. He was selected as an Emerging Leader by the Bucks County Courier Times in 2016.
Mr. Ksiazek has authored a number of published articles on a variety of legal topics and is a frequent contributor to the Pennsylvania Law Monitor.
