Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome Yaritza Urena-Mendez, Esq. to our firm. Yaritza is a member of the Business Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of federal and state civil litigation, including class actions, fraud, real estate, securities, employment, copyright/trademark, and other complex civil litigation.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Yaritza was a law clerk for the Hon. Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. During law school, she was a clerk for a solo practitioner specializing in personal injury cases. She previously served as a Stark & Stark Summer Associate in 2020.
