Stark & Stark Managing Shareholder Michael Donahue has been named as one of NJBIZ’s 2021 Leaders in Law honorees*. According to NJBIZ, “following an open nomination period, honorees were chosen by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system. The selections were based on legal professionals – lawyers and general counsels – whose dedication to their occupation and to their communities is outstanding.”

I feel very fortunate that I have been given opportunities to both serve and lead in our communities, I will strive to continue these efforts while exploring additional philanthropic endeavors in the future.”
In addition to being an active member in the community, Mr. Donahue oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning as Stark & Stark’s Managing Shareholder. He is passionate about helping others as he continues to be involved in many charitable endeavors. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boheme Opera New Jersey. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Capital Area YMCA, as well as the Boards of Directors of the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra and Theater Exile in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also specializes in products liability litigation. In addition, he represents victims of construction accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, sexual abuse, and other serious injuries.
