Michael G. Donahue, III, Esq. is Managing Shareholder of the law firm of Stark & Stark, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of the firm. Mr. Donahue is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. His practice focuses on products liability and other personal injury litigation. He lectures frequently regarding tort liability issues as well trial and settlement techniques.

Mr. Donahue continues to serve as a leader of associations dedicated to preserving the legal rights of individuals and access to the courts. He was the 2016-2017 President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) and serves on its Executive Committee and Board of Governors. He is a co-chair of NJAJ’s Amicus Curiae Committee and has been actively involved in NJAJ’s amicus efforts. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the NJAJ Political Action Committee during the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 terms.

Mr. Donahue serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Committee on Jury Selection. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Civil Trial Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is its Education/Web Chair of the Section and Legislative Co-chair. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Smart Litigator, an ALM-New Jersey Law Journal legal resource. Mr. Donahue is also a member of the Mercer County Bar Association; New Jersey State Bar Association; and the American Association of Justice.

Mr. Donahue is active in a number of charitable endeavors. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boheme Opera New Jersey and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Trenton Area YMCA. He also serves of the Boards of Directors of the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra and Theater Exile in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
