Rachel Stark is a Shareholder and Chair of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group, as well as a member of the Banking & Financial Services, Intellectual Property, and Non-Profit Organization Groups. Rachel is a third-generation attorney practicing at the firm, and has followed the legacy of her father and grandfather as a dedicated supporter of the communities in which we live and work, as well as a vocal and visible advocate for the programs that benefit women business leaders throughout the Mercer County area.
Ms. Stark is a frequent guest lecturer on business law, family business, and succession planning at Rider University, having served on the Executive Advisory Council of Rider University’s College of Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies program. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Princeton Mercer Chamber of Commerce (where she currently serves as Chair of the Committee on Directors) and as a trustee of the Princeton YMCA/YWCA.
