The American Association for Justice (AAJ) New Lawyers Division has named Stark & Stark Shareholder Domenic B. Sanginiti, Jr., Esq. one of the Inaugural Seventh Amendment Justice Defenders Award recipients*. This New Lawyers Division award recognizes those that had superior advocacy in protecting the 7th Amendment of the US Constitution’s Trial by Jury. “Our executive board was very impressed by each of the jury verdicts over the past year and we wanted to make sure to recognize all of the wonderful contributions the award recipients made to their clients and the justice system as a whole” (AAJ New Lawyers Division).
Domenic is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group where he concentrates his practice on catastrophic personal injury matters, negligent security claims, wrongful death and product liability matters.
