Stark & Stark is pleased to announce that attorney Tommie Ann Gibney, Esq. will be joining the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury group in Marlton, NJ.
Ms. Gibney will continue to represent those who have been injured as the result of motor vehicle collisions, slips, trips and falls, construction and worksite accidents, nursing home neglect, and other acts of negligence. Ms. Gibney, a former President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and has been representing individuals harmed by the wrongful acts of others for over 30 years.
Ms. Gibney is admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. Tommie Ann has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1997.
Additionally, Ms. Gibney is a thought leader in her practice, frequently lecturing on issues of damages, tortious conduct, negligence, insurance coverage issues, and is an active member of her local community.
