Stark & Stark is proud to announce that we have brought on four new Associates to join the firm in four different practice areas this month. These new attorneys will be representing clients in practice areas which include Nursing Home Litigation, Shopping Center & Retail Development, Family Law, and Business & Transactional.
Taylor W. Brownell is a member of the Family Law & Divorce Group. Taylor concentrates her practice on divorce proceedings, including custody, alimony, child support, and equitable distribution. She also drafts prenuptial agreements and handles post-judgment litigation including modification applications, emancipation applications, complex custody disputes, college contribution applications, and domestic violence matters.
Jonathan Lauri is the newest member of Stark & Stark’s Nursing Home Negligence Group. Jonathan concentrates his practice in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, negligence, and abuse claims arising in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, psychiatric facilities, hospitals, boarding, and group homes. He works tirelessly to ensure that all deserving individuals have a fair chance at justice through the legal system—even when it means taking on the most powerful people and corporations.
