Senior Shareholder John Eory is presenting an NJICLE with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Family Law Section webinar, entitled “Hot Tips in Family Law” on November 12, 2018.
John will be presenting his webinar section on how alimony is calculated for a party as it relates to income from investments.
John Eory is a Senior Shareholder and Co-Chair of Stark & Stark’s Family Law & Divorce Group. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and an AAML-certified divorce arbitrator.
John is the former Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court District VII Ethics Committee. His memberships include the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, the Matrimonial Lawyers Alliance, and the Mercer County Bar Association where he serves as Trustee and Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Section.
