Stark & Stark Shareholder Denise Mariani was announced as the new Chair of the firm’s Nursing Home Negligence litigation practice group last Friday. Ms. Mariani has focused her practice on representing the rights of those who have been injured due to the negligence of others for nearly 25 years.
“We are excited to have Denise lead our team representing victims of nursing home neglect and abuse,” said Stark & Stark Managing Shareholder Michael Donahue in his statement. “Denise has done tremendous work with us and we look forward to seeing what she will bring to this new chapter at the firm.”
Prior to joining Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Practice, Ms. Mariani served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Paul T. Koenig and The Honorable Linda R. Feinberg of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Part. She is also certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
The Stark & Stark Nursing Home Negligence group represents clients and the families of clients in claims arising from injuries due to negligence and sometimes even abuse while in long term care facilities, including nursing homes and assisted living.
