He has counseled and represented clients on various matters, including complex litigation matters, injunctions, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate acquisition and sales, property disputes, employment matters, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, franchise disputes, consumer fraud, and computer fraud. Brian has advised both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including the construction, real estate, consumer goods, wealth management, entertainment, and technology industries.
