Ryan Michaleski is a Shareholder in the Accident & Personal Injury Group at Stark & Stark. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ryan served as a Senior Trial Attorney for an Accident & Personal Injury firm. Ryan has a unique perspective in the field of personal injury law, as his background includes an extensive tenure as a defense attorney. Most notably, he served as a partner at a nationally recognized insurance defense firm, where he was responsible for managing cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, as well as automobile accidents, premises liability claims, products liability matters, and general liability issues.
Now representing personal injury victims, Ryan’s prior role as a defense attorney equips him with firsthand knowledge of how defendants and their insurance companies assess and evaluate cases. This enables him to advocate for his clients more effectively.
