Ronald B. Minsky

Ronald B. Minsky is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Investment Management & Securities practice group where he focuses upon counseling financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies (e.g., mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.), insurance brokers/agents, CPA firms and their employees, about registration, compliance, liability, and litigation issues.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ronald served as Vice President, Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, where he practiced in commercial litigation, transactional and mergers and acquisitions matters, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters.  He has litigated complex cases in New Jersey Superior Court and New York Supreme Court, and serves clients in identifying and managing risk, strategic planning and analysis, and oversight.

Ronald served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General from 2015 to 2017, where he previously served as a Law Clerk from 2013 to 2015.  He was the Chief Operating Officer for Platforms Wireless International, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, and a Private Equity Business Development Associate for Ennovance Capital in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Minsky is an active community leader, demonstrating excellent service and leadership ability as Deputy Coordinator of the Office of Emergency Management and Deputy Chief of the volunteer fire department during Superstorm Sandy, where he led the fire department operations in the command center. Additionally, he is a member of the Supervisory Committee for a New Jersey based credit union.
