Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome Ronald Minsky, Esq. to our firm. Ronald is a member of the Investment Management & Securities Group. He concentrates his practice on counseling financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies (e.g., mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.), insurance brokers/agents, CPA firms and their employees, about registration, compliance, liability, and litigation issues.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ronald served as Vice President, Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, where he practiced in commercial litigation, transactional and mergers and acquisitions matters, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters.
