Stark & Stark’s Thomas S. Onder, Esq. Receives 2026 ICSC Trustees’ Distinguished Service Award

Onder, Esq., Shareholder and Chair of the Firm’s Shopping Center & Retail Development Group, has been honored with the 2026 ICSC Trustees’ Distinguished Service Award. Presented by ICSC, the global trade organization for commercial real estate, this prestigious recognition honors individuals whose longstanding dedication, leadership, and volunteer service have made a meaningful impact on the Marketplaces Industry.

Tom was recognized for nearly two (2) decades of service to ICSC and the real estate industry. Throughout his involvement, he has held numerous leadership and volunteer roles, including serving on Marketplace councils, committees, and mentorship initiatives that support education, networking, community advancement, and professional development across the industry.

As Chair of Stark & Stark’s Shopping Center & Retail Development Group, Tom represents landlords, developers, shopping center owners, and commercial real estate stakeholders in matters involving leasing, development, bankruptcy, litigation, and retail real estate transactions. His commitment to serving both his clients and the industry has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor, collaborative leader, and dedicated advocate.
