Congratulations to Shareholder Bhaveen R. Jani, Esq. on his Installation as Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation

Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Bhaveen R. Jani, Esq. has been installed as Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA). In this leadership role, Bhaveen will help oversee the Foundation’s financial stewardship as it advances legal education, awards scholarships, and supports access-to-justice initiatives throughout Middlesex County.

This appointment follows Bhaveen’s recent installation as a Trustee of the MCBA and reflects his continued commitment to serving both the legal profession and the community. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney and Shareholder in Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group, Bhaveen is widely recognized for his advocacy on behalf of individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others.

For Bhaveen, the appointment is especially meaningful because Middlesex County has always been home. Raised in Edison, he was shaped by the community, diversity, and opportunities that the county provided. Today, as a lawyer, community leader, and advocate, he remains committed to giving back to the place that helped shape his personal and professional journey. His dedication to Middlesex County is further reflected in Stark & Stark’s Edison office, which enables the firm to better serve clients throughout the region.

Bhaveen brings a unique combination of legal and financial experience to the position. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business and worked at a major New York City investment firm before attending Villanova University School of Law. His professional background, coupled with years of leadership within bar associations and nonprofit organizations, makes him well-suited to help guide the Foundation’s important mission.
