Carin A. O’Donnell is an Associate and member of the Accident & Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Groups of Stark & Stark. Ms. O’Donnell is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the representation of workers seriously injured in construction accidents. Ms. O’Donnell also handles other types of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents and product liability claims.

Mrs. O’Donnell has also lectured colleagues on topics regarding motor vehicle law, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She regularly counsels injured workers on their legal rights. She has also worked as an instructor in Civil Practice and Procedure at Manor Junior College in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, where she educated students in the area of civil law and procedure, and organized and presented mock trials for her students.
