Mr. Pepperman is frequently appointed by the Courts and chosen by private parties to mediate and arbitrate contested matters. He has mediated and resolved hundreds of cases involving commercial, corporate, real estate and employment matters and focuses in mediating business shareholder disputes and break-ups and contested probate matters. In addition to serving as a mediator, Mr. Pepperman is also frequently appointed by the Courts and chosen by private parties to serve as an Arbitrator, Receiver, and Special Discovery Master. Mr. Pepperman has lectured on creditors' rights and general litigation and has co-authored several manuals in these areas.
He has been appointed and serves as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Complimentary Dispute Resolution, serves as an arbitrator for Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Mercer County and as a foreclosure mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Mercer County.
He is a Trustee of Rider University, member and past president of Jewish Family and Children's Services of Greater Mercer County, Trustee of the Recreation Foundation of Hopewell Township, and has served as a board member of the Jewish Federation and the Princeton United Way.
Mr. Pepperman has been honored by his inclusion in Woodward/White's 2003, 2004, 2005 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions of The Best Lawyers in America and the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers by New Jersey Monthly Magazine*.
