Cary S. Kvitka, is an Associate and member of the Business & Corporate, and Franchise Law Groups of Stark & Stark. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judical Law Clerk to the Honorable Sheldon R. Franklin, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.

Mr. Kvitka represents variously sized and structured companies with: entity formation, financing, intellectual property issues, real estate, asset purchases/sales and insurance coverage.

He also represents franchisors and master franchisees by preparing and/or analyzing disclosure documents and franchise agreements, state registrations, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Mr. Kvitka serves as a board member for Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Mercer County, which is a comprehensive, non-discriminatory social service agency providing affordable, accessible services to a diverse community in need.
