Cary S. Kvitka, is an Associate and member of the Business & Corporate, and Franchise Law Groups of Stark & Stark. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sheldon R. Franklin, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.

Mr. Kvitka represents varouisly sized and structured companies facing such issues as: entity formation, financing, intellectual property, real estate, asset sales and insurance coverage. He also represents franchisors and master franchisees by preparing and/or analyzing disclosure documents and franchise agreements, state registrations, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Mr. Kvitka serves as a board member for Women Aware, a non-profit agency that provides comprehensive services for all victims of domestic violence and a shelter for battered women and children.
