John S. Eory is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of Stark & Stark’s Divorce Group. Mr. Eory limits his practice to divorce, custody, domestic violence and other family law matters. Mr. Eory is the Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court District VII Ethics Committee.

Mr. Eory is a lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Association for Justice and has appeared as a speaker on television and radio with regard to divorce and custody topics. 

Mr. Eory was selected by the Mercer County Bar Association and the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law as the 2009 Professional Lawyer of the Year. He has also received Certificates of Achievement from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Eory has been honored by his inclusion in Woodward/White's 2011, 2012, and 2013 editions of The Best Lawyers in America and the New Jersey Monthly Magazine's 2005 - 2012 list of New Jersey Super Lawyers.*
