Amy Beth Dambeck, Associate, is a member of the Employment Group. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Dambeck was an associate with Cooper Levenson April Niedelman & Wagenheim in Atlantic City, New Jersey and served as a law clerk to The Honorable James D. Clyne, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Ocean County, during the 2001-2002 term.
Ms. Dambeck’s areas of practice include general civil and employment litigation and arbitration focusing on the drafting, negotiation and litigation of post-employment restrictive covenants – such as non-compete, non-solicit and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Dambeck also provides planning and counseling service and works with clients to address a variety of workplace issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, disability and leave.
Ms. Dambeck Represents clients in a variety of industries, including: securities brokerage, financial services providers, physicians and medical practices.
