Ms. Dambeck also provides planning and counseling services and works with clients to address a variety of workplace issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, disability, leave and EEO compliance. As part of her representation of clients, Ms. Dambeck’s practice often focuses on the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements and post-employment restrictive covenants – such as non-compete, non-solicit and confidentiality agreements – the negotiation and drafting of severance agreements, and the drafting and implementation of employee handbooks and policies. She routinely assists with employment-related investigations and hiring and termination issues, and works with clients to provide training on, and to ensure compliance with, employment-related issues and laws.
Ms. Dambeck represents clients in a variety of industries, including securities brokerage, financial services, employee recruiting and health care.
