Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Carin O’Donnell, Esq. has been voted in as Treasurer for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ). Carin has been an active member of PAJ for many years and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She previously held the roles of Secretary and Parliamentarian. With her recent installation as Treasurer, Carin is on track to become the 7th woman President of PAJ.
Founded in 1968, the PAJ was formed to meet the state’s need for a cohesive and effective organization with the purpose of upholding and defending the legal system, including trial by jury. Their mission is to promote a fair and effective justice system while supporting attorneys to ensure that clients who have been injured by misconduct or negligence can receive justice.
Carin is member of Stark & Starks Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups where she concentrates her practice in wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation.
