Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Carin O’Donnell has been appointed to Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She previously held the role of Parliamentarian.
Founded in 1968, the PAJ was formed to meet the state’s need for a cohesive and effective organization with the purpose of upholding and defending the legal system, including trial by jury. Their mission is to promote a fair and effective justice system while supporting attorneys to ensure that clients who have been injured by misconduct or negligence can receive justice.
“PAJ fights for victims’ rights every day,” said Carin. “I am so proud to continue to be a part of this organization.
Carin is a member of Stark & Starks Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups where she concentrates her practice in wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation.
