In a recent case, Shareholders Carin O’Donnell and Deborah Dunn obtained a $1.425 Million settlement for a union construction worker injured at a Philadelphia construction site.
The worker, a union carpenter, was working at a Philadelphia job site in 2018. While standing at ground level, he was struck by bricks that fell from over eight stories above. The worker sustained a scapular fracture, a broken rib, and a torn labrum in his shoulder.
As a result of the permanent restrictions with the shoulder injury, Ms. O’Donnell and Ms. Dunn successfully argued the worker’s indefinite inability to return to work in the same capacity.
“We are proud to have fought for and obtained justice for this injured construction worker,” said Ms. O’Donnell.
“I am proud to work with a team so passionate about the fight for rights of the seriously injured,” said Deborah Dunn.
