The law firm of Stark & Stark has announced that five Associates were elected Shareholders effective July 1. These new Shareholders are Marshall Kizner, Tara Speer, Evan Lide, and Michael Ksiazek.

Marshall T. Kizner is a member of the Stark & Stark Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Group. He practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing on the representation of secured and unsecured lenders in workouts and litigation in state court and federal court. Mr. Kizner is also a member of the firm’s Beer & Spirits Group, where he assists breweries, wineries, and distilleries in state and federal licensing, equipment leasing, and real estate leases.
Tara Speer is a member of the Stark & Stark Business & Corporate Group. She focuses her practice in the area of franchise and employment matters, specifically helping franchisors manage all aspects of the franchise relationship, including handling state regulations, advising on day-to-day franchise relations, and preparing various franchise documents and agreements.
Evan Lide is a member of the Stark & Stark Accident & Personal Injury Group. He focuses his practice on wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injury cases resulting from automobile crashes, products liability, and premises liability.
Michael Ksiazek is a member of the Stark & Stark Accident & Personal Injury Group in the firm’s Yardley office in Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, including those caused by medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction site accidents.
