We are pleased to share that Tim Duggan of our Condemnation, Redevelopment, and Eminent Domain Group was successful in protecting the owner of a large industrial complex in Middlesex County, New Jersey, by having an eminent domain case dismissed.
Tim challenged the County’s right to take private property, arguing that the taking had no legitimate public purpose because the primary beneficiary would have been a private property owner with an adjoining industrial development. He worked closely with the tenant’s counsel, who did an outstanding job protecting their client’s rights.
