“I am very excited to be on this committee. I previously served on the Annual Awards Dinner planning committee for CAI-NJ, but I knew the Editorial Committee would be an even more rewarding experience for me. I have always enjoyed writing and editing, (so much so that I was Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Review. All in all, I believe being a part of the Editorial Committee will be a great fit, and I really look forward to working with other committee members and CAI leadership in order to continue producing the excellent Community Trends publication.
Mr. Podolski is a member of Stark & Starks Construction Litigation Group, where he concentrates his practice in litigating complex construction disputes on behalf of homeowner and condominium associations, commercial property owners, individual homeowners, and builders/developers.
