    Associate

    Zachary Breidenbach is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group and Commercial Litigation Group. Mr. Breidenbach concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on, commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate litigation.

    Zachary has experience in developing practical and effective litigation strategies representing corporations in multi-million dollar litigation matters. At the same time, Zachary also has experience representing individuals in real estate and breach of contract matters.

    Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Zachary served as an attorney for a well-known Pennsylvania law practice where he assisted clients with foreclosure matters, debt settlement/negotiation, and bankruptcy issues. He was part of the team of attorneys who researched, briefed, strategized, and argued a multi-year, multi-party fraudulent transfer adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court resulting in a successful settlement favorable to his clients..

    Representative Experience

    • As Pennsylvania outside general counsel for a multi-state manufactured home community owner, led an overhaul of lease documents in a compliance audit alongside our real estate transactional group.
    • As lead counsel, while representing a regional bank, resolved a contested commercial foreclosure matter via entry of a consent order for a $1.2 million judgment and, successful settlement payoff.
    • As lead counsel, while representing a regional bank, obtained the dismissal of a frivolous 14-count, 175 paragraph complaint via preliminary objections in Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
    • As lead counsel, successfully obtained judgment against an independent pharmacy after uncovering a complex fraudulent transfer claim within a case that started as a in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
    • Obtained judgment of over $2 million in a multi-party, multi-district breach of contract litigation in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
    • Represented a national REIT, strategizing and executing a complex litigation plan on a multi-million dollar lease default case leading to a critical victory on summary judgment in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
