Michael H. Foster is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Michael is also a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury practice in the Marlton, New Jersey office.

For over 34 years, Michael has been a relentless advocate for individuals whose lives have been changed by serious injury and negligence. He represents clients in complex personal injury matters, with a particular focus on permanent spinal, orthopedic, head, and brain injuries.

Michael has extensive experience pursuing claims arising from dangerous property conditions, including negligent maintenance, slip-and-fall accidents, and injuries involving ice, snow, and other hazards. He also handles serious motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Michael brings substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts having tried over 100 jury trials and has secured numerous significant jury verdicts for clients across the state.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Michael continues to live and practice in the state he calls home. He and his wife, a native New Jerseyan and retired schoolteacher, enjoy attending sporting events and live music, as well as spending their summers at the Jersey Shore. Their children were also raised in New Jersey and now work in the state.

Michael is actively involved in community organizations and regularly presents seminars for local groups on a range of legal issues.
