Michael H. Foster is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Foster is also a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury practice in the Marlton, New Jersey office.

Mr. Foster handles all types of personal injury matters but concentrates in representing individuals with permanent spinal and orthopedic injuries and head and brain injuries. He has extensive experience handling negligence claims involving improper maintenance, slip, trip and falls, ice, snow, and dangerous conditions of property.

Mr. Foster also concentrates in handling serious motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accidents. He has extensive trial experience in State and Federal Court and has achieved numerous substantial jury verdicts throughout the state.
