    Christopher P. Weidman

    Shareholder

    Christopher P. Weidman is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group. Chris focuses his practice on catastrophic injury cases primarily resulting from automobile crashes, products liability, and premise liability. In his work as a trial lawyer, Chris combines his knowledge and experience with his passion for helping others and protecting his clients’ rights.

    Chris has lectured in the legal community and has spoken to fellow attorneys at seminars sponsored by the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), New Jersey State Bar Association, National Business Institute (NBI), and more. He is on the Board of Governors of NJAJ and serves as Co-Chair of the NJAJ Education Foundation Committee, Law Student Relations Committee, and is a member of NJAJ’s Membership Committee.

    Chris was born and raised in South Jersey and grew up in Gloucester County. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Minor in Business Law, and he received his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school, Chris received the Dean’s Publico Award for Exceptional Service in recognition of his extensive pro bono work in the Camden community.

    Chris resides in New Hope, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons. He serves on the advisory board of Best Buddies New Jersey, a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition to his work in the community, Chris’s interests include spending time with his family, golf, travel, and cheering on the Eagles and Phillies.
