Steven Keller is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group, Intellectual Property, and Non-Profit Organization Groups. He represents businesses and non-profit organizations on a variety of issues including company formation, financing, sales and acquisitions, licensing, and intellectual property law.
Prior to Stark & Stark, Steven represented clients in business, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation matters. He served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz in the New Jersey Superior Court in Hackensack, NJ. He has held several legal internships and externships, including with the International Game Technology PLC and for Chief Judge William Smith for the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
While studying at Roger Williams University School of Law, Steven was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. He served as a teaching assistant in constitutional law, was an Honors Program mentor, and was a member of the Tax and Business Law Society.
