Michael J. Jordan is an Associate at Stark & Stark, and a member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group. Michael concentrates his practice on the areas of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death. Michael has gained significant experience in catastrophic truck crashes and construction site accidents.
Michael brings a unique perspective as a plaintiff’s attorney. Michael previously practiced at a large New Jersey defense firm, and knows firsthand the defense tactics of insurance companies and how they view personal injury cases. Michael is able to leverage this knowledge to achieve full justice on behalf of the firm’s injured clients.
Michael also has intimate knowledge of the New Jersey Civil Courts, having served as a law clerk in Mercer County to the Honorable Douglas H. Hurd, P.J.Cv. and the Honorable R. Brian McLaughlin, J.S.C.
Michael currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Mercer County Bar Association, and has been recognized for his efforts with the 2021 Young Lawyer of the Year Award.* He is also an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Mercer County American Inn of Court, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Michael, who comes from a union family and is focused on supporting union workers, received his law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
