At Stark & Stark, we believe that fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace is essential to the success of our firm and our people. Our affinity groups provide meaningful opportunities for attorneys and employees to connect, collaborate, and grow—both personally and professionally. Through initiatives like the Women’s Initiative, the Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG), and the Summer Associates Committee, we champion diversity, mentorship, and leadership development. These groups help shape our firm’s culture by promoting career advancement, community engagement, and policies that support a balanced and thriving workplace.
