Dolores (Dee) R. Kelley

Dee is a Shareholder and Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Land Development Groups at Stark & Stark. She handles a wide range of matters for the real estate industry, including commercial transactions, leasing, joint ventures, commercial condominium formations and governance, and land development applications.

Dee also represents clients in the beer, wine, and spirits industries on a variety of issues, including corporate formation, financing, licensing leasing, acquisitions, and intellectual property law. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Pipeline and on the Board of Directors for the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Dee was Law Clerk to The Honorable F. Lee Forrester, J.S.C. of Mercer County, New Jersey, and served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Neil H. Shuster, P.J. Ch., of Mercer County.
