Stark & Stark is proud to congratulate Shareholder Stephen Di Stefano for being selected and sworn in as a Trustee for the Camden County Bar Association (CCBA). Stephen has been an active member of the CCBA for many years, especially during the earlier part of his career when he was on the Young Lawyers Committee. The initial term for this appointment, his first leadership position with the CCBA, is 3 years.
On the selection, Stephen said, “I am honored to have been chosen to serve as a Trustee of the Camden County Bar Association. I look forward to supporting the Association in its many endeavors and helping it to become an even better resource for its members and the public.
“The CCBA is dedicated to improving the administration of justice, advancing the interests of the legal profession, and serving the public to promote a better understanding of the law and the justice system. Since being chartered in 1881, the CCBA has become New Jersey’s second-largest county bar and is the legal resource for attorneys who practice in Southern New Jersey. While cultivating and encouraging good relationships among its members and between the Bench and the Bar, the CCBA has continuously fostered a tradition of service, integrity, professionalism, and service to the community it serves” (source).
Stephen is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, and he is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury practice in the Marlton, NJ, office. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, representing clients who have suffered catastrophic, life-changing injuries in motor vehicle collisions or fall-down incidents. Additionally, he has extensive experience in representing clients who have sustained serious injuries resulting from dog bites, product liability, assault, and other cases of general liability.
