Stark & Stark Welcomes Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, J.S.C. (Ret.)

Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, J.S.C. (Ret.). Judge Fitzpatrick is a Family Law Mediator. She previously worked for Stark & Stark as a paralegal in 1977. After law school, Judge Fitzpatrick practiced as an attorney at Hofing & Buckley then as a Partner at Lefkowitz, OHara & Fitzpatrick. After over a decade, she started her own practice, the Law Offices of Catherine Fitzpatrick, while also acting as Counsel for the Mercer County Board of Social Services, handling alimony and child support applications for the Board. “Judge Fitzpatrick is an exceptional addition to Stark & Starks Family Law group and we are thrilled that she has chosen Stark & Stark to continue her career,” said Shareholder and Chair of Stark & Starks Family Law & Divorce group Jennifer Millner. “In her role as a mediator and counsel to our clients and attorneys, she will continue to build on her many achievements in the New Jersey Family Law space.” 

Judge Fitzpatrick was the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Mercer County for ten years before retiring in 2021. Before being appointed to the Bench in June 2009, she practiced family law for 27 years in Lawrenceville. “We are honored to have Judge Fitzpatrick join us at Stark & Stark.
