Recently, Shareholder Evan J. Lide and his team obtained a $2,437,500 settlement for a woman who suffered a neck injury, back injury, and traumatic brain injury when she slipped and fell on ice in Middlesex County.
“We were happy to secure this great result for our client, particularly because prior to our involvement, a doctor wrongfully labeled her a faker and a maligner,” said Evan. “Though her traumatic brain injury is unfortunately permanent, this settlement will go a long way for our client because she can no longer work as a result of her injuries.
