We are proud to announce the creation of the firms latest practice area focused on the legal issues unique to the microbrew and artisan distilling industry.  The Beer & Spirits group is led by Marshall T. Kizner, Esq. and Bianca A. Roberto, Esq.  As one of the only law firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a team dedicated to the needs of the craft beer and artisan spirits industry we take great pride in helping clients strategically approach how they start, grow and expand their business. As new legislation continues to evolve and impact craft brewers and distillers, the legal side of the industry is now at the forefront.
