Stark & Stark Expands Employment & Labor Practice Into Pennsylvania

Stark & Stark is pleased to announce the expansion of its Employment & Labor practice into Pennsylvania. Susan Swatski, Esq., Chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Group, was recently admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, expanding the firm’s ability to serve clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

With this admission, Susan is positioned to support both employees and employers facing a range of workplace issues. Her practice includes representing employees in matters involving employment disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour concerns, wrongful termination, and other matters affecting employees’ rights. She also provides employment-related business advice and counsel to employers and conducts workplace investigations.
