Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Nicole Durso, Esq., Anthony J. Medori, Esq., Dipa Rapole, Esq., and Chinsu Shajan, Esq. have been promoted to Shareholders of the firm. This achievement reflects their dedication, leadership, and outstanding contributions to our clients, colleagues, and firm. Reaching shareholder status is a significant professional milestone and a testament to the hard work and commitment each of them has demonstrated throughout their careers.

Nicole Durso, Esq. is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group. She concentrates her practice on representing individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising from motor vehicle, motorcycle, trucking, bus, commercial vehicle, bicycle, pedestrian, and construction accidents. She brings experience as former in-house counsel for an insurance company and as a personal injury defense attorney, and she is active in the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. 

Anthony Medori, Esq. is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group where he concentrates on all aspects of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death resulting from motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle, bus, commercial vehicle and trucking accidents, construction accidents, defective products, slip and fall accidents, dog bite injuries, medical and nursing home negligence and dram shop litigation. Before joining Stark & Stark, Anthony spent a decade as a trial attorney with a South Jersey personal injury firm, trying cases throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

Dipa Rapole, Esq. is a member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use groups, where she handles a wide range of transactional and real estate matters for clients, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, condominium and planned unit development work, and related corporate transactions for businesses and property owners.  

Chinsu Shajan, Esq. is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group, where she concentrates her practice on serious personal injury matters, including severe motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and product liability litigation. She is an active leader in the bar, holding positions with the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Mercer County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. Within the firm, she helps lead Stark & Stark’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and chairs the mentor program. Before joining Stark & Stark, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Sumners, Jr., J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
