He was selected for his contributions on probate litigation and his analysis of President Biden’s estate tax changes.
For the past four years, the National Law Review team has selected standout articles and authors from the current year, and less than 1% of its authors receive Go-To Thought Leadership awards. In 2021, the National Law Review team awarded 87 legal authors from a pool of over 14,000 legal news articles published by the National Law Review.
