Michael Donahue, Esq. Awarded the MCBA 2024 Michael J. Nizolek Award

Stark & Stark is proud to congratulate Shareholder Michael Donahue for being selected by the Mercer County Bar Association (MCBA) as the recipient of the 2024 Michael J. Nizolek Award*.  The award was presented to Michael during the MCBA November General Membership Meeting, held on November 14, 2024.  The other honoree of the night was the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice, who was honored as the MCBA Community Partner.

The Nizolek award is named for the late Michael J. Nizolek, Esquire, who served the MCBA as its president in 1992 and as trustee for many years. The award recognizes an individual for unselfish contributions to both the legal profession and community.  Michael joins an impressive roster of past awardees, which includes Stark & Stark Shareholders John A. Sakson, Esq. (awarded in 2007), Albert M. Stark, Esq. (awarded in 2012), and Denise M. Mariani, Esq. (awarded in 2022).

Michael G. Donahue, III, Esq. is the Managing Shareholder of Stark & Stark and is a certified civil trial attorney. He specializes in products liability litigation, and also represents victims of construction accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, sexual abuse, and other serious injuries. He lectures frequently regarding tort liability issues as well as trial and settlement techniques.  In addition to his tireless efforts in the legal community, Michael serves Boheme Opera NJ, the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra, the Capital Area YMCA, and Theater Exile.
