Stark & Stark is pleased to announce that Anthony J. Medori, Esq. obtained a $750,000 settlement* for a 42-year-old pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle while lawfully walking on a designated crosswalk in Plainsboro, NJ. The defendant failed to yield while attempting to make a left-hand turn in his car, leading to the collision that caused Anthony’s client to sustain a fractured shoulder and a labral tear.
After undergoing conservative treatment and ultimately an arthroscopic surgery, the client’s condition improved, and this settlement will help support her continued recovery. “Our client was simply walking with the right-of-way when she was struck,” said Medori. “She showed remarkable perseverance throughout her recovery, and, while no monetary recovery can erase what she endured, we hope this settlement provides meaningful closure and the support her family needs moving forward.” This resolution reflects the steadfast commitment that Anthony and his team bring to every case, ensuring injured clients receive the support and justice they deserve.
Anthony is a member of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Group where he represents individuals who have suffered traumatic injuries resulting from automobile crashes, trucking accidents, premises liability, defective products and other incidents caused by the negligence of others.
