Tanner (Maybury) Pascal is an Associate in the Workers’ Compensation Group at Stark & Stark. Her practice centers on representing injured workers who have suffered a work-related injury or disease, and all matters pertaining to workers’ compensation claims, social security disability, disability pension appeals for public employees, temporary disability benefits, and medical benefits.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Tanner served as an attorney for a Philadelphia law firm where she appeared before Workers’ Compensation Judges for status hearings, penalty hearings, and final hearings. She also worked as an attorney for a prominent insurance company, gaining useful industry knowledge from the defendants’ perspective.
Tanner served as Law Clerk for an insurance company in Trenton, NJ, and as an intern for the Environment & Natural Resources Law Clinic in Wilmington, DE.
