Rishi Sane

Rishi Sane, Esq. is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Corporate Transactional Group.

Before joining Stark & Stark, Rishi was an Associate Attorney at Singleton LLC, where he advised closely held businesses and investment clients on ownership, governance, succession, and transactional matters.

Rishi previously served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Kenny, J.S.C., in the Civil Part of the New Jersey Superior Court. During his clerkship, he worked on civil and family matters, including motion practice, judicial opinions, orders, and settlement matters.

While in law school, Rishi gained in-house legal experience through internships with RapidSOS and Datadog. In those roles, he worked on commercial contracts, privacy and regulatory matters, corporate compliance, and transactional issues. He also has experience as a licensed New Jersey real estate agent, where he worked with clients, attorneys, lenders, and title agents on residential real estate transactions.

Rishi earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers University.
