Michael Diaz, Esq. is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group, where he represents individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Michael has experience handling personal injury matters and civil litigation. Before joining Stark & Stark, he practiced as a personal injury attorney with a Philadelphia Law Group and later worked on commercial and civil litigation matters at Brem Moldovsky Law. His prior legal experience also includes document review work with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
In addition to his legal career, Michael spent more than two decades as a science educator with Harry S. Truman High School. He taught chemistry at the academic, honors, and Advanced Placement levels and served as the school’s Science Department Chairperson from 2017 through 2026. In that role, he oversaw departmental budgeting, curriculum development, professional development, hiring, and scheduling. He also coached middle school football and baseball.
Michael earned his J.D. from Temple Law School, and he attended law school in the evening while working full-time as a chemistry teacher.
