Matthew R. Levin

Matthew Levin is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group where he represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters. He concentrates his practice in wrongful death suits and cases resulting in catastrophic injuries.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Matthew served as a law clerk for The Honorable Robert G. Malestein, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity in Woodbury, NJ. He has also held several internships, including for the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Supreme Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, Deloitte Tax LLP’s International Tax Team, and The Honorable Veronica Allende, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part.

Matthew enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Sarah, their three rescued pets, and exploring new food spots or recipes at home. A lifelong sports fan, he’s happiest watching a game, working on his golf swing, or getting competitive over Catan on game night.
