Matthew R. Levin

Matthew Levin is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group where he represents plaintiffs in a broad range of personal injury matters. His practice includes claims involving motor vehicle accidents, rideshare accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.

Matthew is involved in each stage of the litigation process, including client intakes and meetings, complaint drafting, motion drafting, depositions, oral arguments, and communications with insurance companies. He also represents clients in municipal court matters related to motor vehicle accidents and other injury-related matters. Through a client-focused approach, Matthew works to help injured individuals and their families understand their legal options and pursue the compensation they need after an accident or loss. In addition to his client work, Matthew is active member of New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Matthew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Malestein, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity Division, in Woodbury, New Jersey. He also held internships with the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey; the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law; Deloitte Tax LLP’s International Tax Team; and the Honorable Veronica Allende, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part.

Matthew earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024. He also holds an M.S.  and a B.A. from Lehigh University.

Outside of his practice, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their three rescued pets. He also enjoys exploring new food spots, trying new recipes at home, watching sports, working on his golf swing, and getting competitive over Catan on game night.
